Collaborative Robots - showcasing value and possibilities

Whether this is the first time you have heard of a ‘cobot’, or you have already started the journey, we invite you along to our webinar on 29^th November to explore the possibilities for your business.

The session is presented by The Australian Cobotics Centre.

Funded by the Australian Research Council, the Australian Cobotics Centre brings together industry partners (including Weld Australia) and researchers from leading Australian and international universities to develop the skills and expertise needed to apply and implement collaborative robotics technology. At its simplest, a cobot is a robotic arm that is safe for humans to work with in the same space.

Collaborative robotics will benefit Australian companies, especially small businesses (who will win on process innovation and lower costs), manufacturing workers (whose jobs will become safer and higher-skilled), and the economy (through the growth of jobs and exports).

In this interactive session, the Centre’s researchers will explain how collaborative robots work and showcase the benefits for your business and employees.

In the Q & A part of the webinar, you have the opportunity to talk to our robotics and future of work experts. We want to hear about the challenges you have, the stage you are at and anything that might stop you from implementing Cobotics in your organisation.
