About this Event:

This technical evening will be focusing on the two main processes utilised with stud welding:

• Capacitor Discharge Stud Welding – particularly suited for welding on thin plates from about 0.5 mm with applications including sheet metalwork, electronic industries, laboratory and medical equipment, food industry, household appliances.

• Drawn Arc Stud Welding – Especially suited for welding on thicker plates of 2mm and above with applications including steel construction, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, structural and civil engineering.
