We are seeking a Boilermaker to join our team ASAP!

This opportunity sits within the Mining & Resources sector and is a full-time, on-site position based in Wollongong, NSW.
Key responsibilities
· - Read blueprints/plans for the specifications of
the job, including position and dimensions of the parts to be assembled or
repaired
· - Follow instructions from supervisors
· - Cut, mould and weld metal/steel to fix faults,
and weld and bolt parts of the structure together
· - Competence in arc, MIG and TIG welding
· - Use hand tools, flame torches and other
machinery to shape, cut and weld sections of metal
· - Identify problems and solve them in a timely
manner
· - Adhere to Work, Health
and Safety policies and procedures
· - Participate in company toolbox talks
· - Other general duties as required
About you
· - Certificate
III or IV in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) - Desired not essential
· - Driver’s
licence
· - Forklift
licence – Desired not essential
· - White
Card for employment in the construction industry
· - Excellent
problem-solving skills
· - Strong
attention to detail
