Australian-owned gases company. We manufacture gases locally and distribute
throughout Australia and New Zealand. Our compressed gases and cryogenic
liquids are used for a huge range of applications including construction,
healthcare, welding, research, food & beverages and clean energy.

Our Marketing team are looking for a Marketing Manager
that can drive growth for our Industrial business by providing technical
expertise, new products and services for welding, industrial gases, and
cryogenic applications.
This opportunity sits within the Mining & Resources sector and is a full-time, on-site position based in Yennora, NSW.
Key responsibilities
What you will be
doing
·
Provide
welding and gas application support to the Sales team and Coregas’ Welding
businesses
·
Show
engineering competence to support cryogenics applications development
·
Develop
programs to support capability development of the Sales team
·
Identify areas for Coregas to develop new
products and services to capture growth opportunities
·
Assess competitor and Coregas’ capability and
market trends to determine viable market opportunities
·
Product stewardship of industrial products to
ensure their safe management
·
Product life cycle management of industrial
products to ensure the range is competitive and efficient use of assets
·
Develop new gas products and packaging
technology to ensure a differentiated value proposition, including but not
limited to IoT technology.
·
Drive marketing activity for lead generation and
brand positioning
·
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure
existing product assets are optimally utilised and service levels are
maintained
About you
What we need
from you
·
Tertiary education in Engineering – preferably
in the field of mechanical or metallurgical specialisation
·
Experience/knowledge
of the welding industry
·
Experience/knowledge
of cryogenic applications
·
Experience/knowledge
in engineering installations
·
Experience
in Operations planning or management
·
Strong communications and presentation skills,
able to facilitate and present to groups of people
·
Cross functional influencing skills and strong
team ethos
·
Ability to build relationships at all levels of
internal and external organisations
·
Problem solver with strong results orientation
