Within the Coregas Marketing Team an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager, Product and Service Development position. This pivotal role is key to contributing to our organisation’s overall growth strategy. The individual will be at the forefront of engaging in partnerships, identifying business opportunities within the gases market, leading the expansion of our product offerings and expanding our service capabilities.
The successful individual will hold an engineering degree, have industry experience and strong commercial acumen to develop business plans and go-to market strategies, to execute through to the Sales and Operations team. You will identify innovative opportunities across the industrial gases, welding and other core markets.
This opportunity sits within the Mining & Resources sector and is a full-time, on-site position based in Yennora, NSW.
Key responsibilities
What you will be doing
The successful individual will be responsible for:
- Execute market projects across the industrial and core segments for gas applications
- Provide technical leadership and applications support for strategic customers
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to develop market opportunities and refine value propositions
- Engage with the sales teams and key customers to develop, execute and implement new segment offers
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders including operations, supply chain and customer service to manage operational requirements for key products in the industrial portfolio
- Drive sales focus and lead generation activities with the regional teams
About you
What we need from you:
- Engineering or equivalent qualifications (mandatory) with at least 5+ years industry experience
- Proven understanding of gas applications, welding, cutting and additive manufacturing experience (highly desirable)
- Strong technical skills including working knowledge of IoT, digital marketing and campaign management desirable
- Previous experience in a management position with proven track record of strategic management and execution within a large-scale environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify and action business growth opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an analytical mind-set
- Solid organisational, planning and coordination skills
- Travel to customer/client site may be necessary on occasion
