We are seeking a Senior Metal Fabricator / Workshop Team Leader, someone who has excelled in their previous roles and is looking for the next challenge
In this role you will be:
- 80% Production
- 20% Leadership

This opportunity sits within the Infrastructure sector and is a full-time, on-site position based in Bowhill, SA.
Key responsibilities
- Production / People & Culture / Compliance
- Ensure team work to meet budget and time restraints
- Understand, apply and oversee quality control techniques
- Competent and apply dimensional checks against specifications
- Upskill and mentor employees including younger workers/apprentices
- Foster and display great culture fit
- Maintain a safe work environment
About you
Trade Certification in Metal Fabrication or at least 6 years proven experience within a metal trade
Current full, unrestricted drivers licence
Desirable:
High Risk Forklift Licence
Elevated Work Platform (Yellow Card)
Work Safely at Heights Certification
