The Maintenance and Industrial Services division provides comprehensive multidisciplinary maintenance and improvement solutions including maintenance services, sustaining and minor capital works, shutdowns and operations and facilities management for the resources and energy sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workshop Supervisor to join our Mount Thorley team on a Permanent basis to start immediately.
This opportunity sits within the Mining & Resources sector and is a full-time, on-site position based in Mt Thorley, NSW.
Key responsibilities
In the role of Senior Workshop Supervisor, you will carry out day to day workshop operation, assist with project-based activities, and coordinate materials and work crews. You will ensure compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements, and also ensure that quality, production and environmental requirements are met.

About you
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Trade based supervisor
- Australian recognised Boilermaking Trade Qualification and welding background
- A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proven track record in effective health and safety management
