About the role
Please note, you must be an Australian citizen and be able to obtain a Defence clearance.
This opportunity sits within the Defence sector and is a part-time, on-site position based in Bandiana, VIC.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out Welding of mild steel, bisalloy and aluminium components.
- Fabrication of light sheet metal components.
- Use guillotine, drill press, folder, punch & shear machine and cut off saw.
- Use oxy acetylene heating equipment.
About you
- Be a trade qualified welder
- Experience in reading engineering drawings
- Current Drivers Licence
- Competent in GMAW (Mig), MMAW (Stick) and light fabrication.
