Established in 1964, Uneek Bending Co is Australia’s leading bending, rolling and welding engineering company. Our customers range across many industries including power generation, mining, transport, defence, telecommunications and general engineering industries.
We are looking for a welding supervisor with IWS qualification.
U-Neek are currently working towards ISO 3834 accreditation.
This opportunity sits within the Mining & Resources sector and is a full-time, on-site position based in Dandenong, VIC.
Key responsibilities
Deputy Welding Coordinator.
Qualification of welding procedures & welder qualifications.
Inspection and Supervision of welding.
Quality control to meet fabrication code requirements and customer expectations.
About you
Required:
- Welding Supervisor Certificate 10
- Welding Inspector's qualification.
- International Welding Specialist.
- Trade background with welding certificates.
Beneficial:
- Experience with orbital TIG welding.
- Exposure to pressure equipment standards.
