What will you do?
In this exciting and senior role, you will be responsible for leading the workshop team ensuring utilisation is maximised, IFOT delivery is met and work flows consistently through the workshop.
You will also be responsible for controlling an annual spend for the workshop including expenses, maintenance and revenue budgets.
Role details:
- Full-time role, 38 hours per week between Monday - Friday;
- Based in Gladstone, QLD;
- Some weekend and after-hours work required.

Key responsibilities
What am I bringing to the role?
You will bring an all-around understanding of workshop processes, which is essential in this role. You will be trade qualified with post trade qualifications in management, business or supervision coupled with previous supervisory experience in a workshop role.
You will importantly have strong communication skills that allow you to interact effectively with a diverse group of people at all levels of the business. Just as essential will be your commitment to maintaining a positive HSE culture and your ability to adhere to safety procedures at all times.
